After a serious mobile network outage earlier this month that plagued and exasperated StarHub customers across the nation, another similar incident occurred earlier today, this time affecting the network operator’s broadband and digital voice services.

Services were said to be restored in the afternoon. “We are monitoring the situation closely to ensure service stability for customers, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.” they wrote on Facebook.
Despite the assurance, customers in Punggol, Bishan, Ang Mo Kio, and other places near the central area still faced service disruption, with no technical help available as some reported being put on hold perpetually when calling StarHub hotlines.
The latest update by StarHub makes it known that they’re looking into the matter and will be providing live updates.
