Celebrate at the Geek Crusade's newest edition of Dinner is Coming, a series of meals planned around themes trending in pop culture.
Hoping to mirror the success of the Game of Thrones themed Welcome to King's Landing earlier this year, the team is putting together a three-course dinner for Nov. 26, 7:30pm, consisting of Katniss Everdeen's favourite dishes:
Starter: The soup that Katniss loves, creamy pumpkin brew (Cream of butternut squash, toasted shaved almonds, black sesame)
Main: What Katniss told Caesar impressed her most about the Capitol, lamb stew with prunes (braised lamb shoulder, dried prunes, whipped potato) or Lunch with Cinna (low temperature chicken thigh with creamy orange sauce, white grains, green peas)
Dessert: Frothy pink soup (red dragon fruit froth, raspberry drops, sour cream)
