![The Drums return to perform live for the third year in a row]()
The Drums must really like it here. They’re returning to Singapore to perform live for the third year in a row since their debut in Laneway Festival 2012.
The Brooklyn-based indie pop outfit have been on a roll since the release of their infectiously catchy singles “Let’s Go Surfing”, “Best Friend” and more from their self-titled debut album in 2010. Following their sophomore release the next year Portamento, The Drums garnered fans all over through their jangly guitar pop tunes, bright and sparkling with surf rock and new wave influences.
The lads have already consolidated a massive fanbase over here with two sensational shows over the past two years, and come Dec. 5 they’ll be playing live at TAB thanks to Symmetry Entertainment. This time, they come bearing gifts in the form of new songs from their latest album Encyclopedia, released earlier in September.
Tickets on sale from Nov. 3 via Eventclique at $50, $70 and $90; more details available on the Facebook event page.
