Someone called Lim, recently wrote to Stomp about discovering one in the bowl of rice served at a barbecue seafood stall at Jurong West Street 41.
His rice was replaced and he was offered a discount on his next visit, but the damage had been done — he'd lost his appetite to eat and vowed never to patronise the stall again. "It was so disgusting. We almost vomitted all the food out," he said.
