A 40-year-old man has been arrested in Boon Lay for housebreaking and theft.
In early October, police officers received reports about missing cash in residences along Selegie Road, with some victims claiming to have seen a male suspect.
Officers from Tanglin Police division managed to single out the suspect after conducting thorough investigations and reviewing CCTV footage. The culprit was arrested on Oct. 14.
For the offence of Housebreaking and Theft by Night, he may face up to 14 years in jail.
