Police are looking for a Chinese male, believed to be in his 20s, to help with investigations regarding a loanshark harassment case in Punggol Place on Oct. 5.
He was last seen in a black polo shirt with white stripes on the side, black bermudas, black-rimmed spectacles and a ‘Superman’ logo cap.
