Police not only apprehended two men for brawling near Kim Chuan Road last Sunday, Aug. 31, they were even offered a bribe by one of the suspects.
The 44-year-old apparently presented the officer duo with two unopened packets of cigarettes, which they rejected.
That's earning him a stripdown by the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB).
For fighting in public and disturbing the public peace, both men can be imprisoned up to one year and fined $5,000.
