A 65-year-old man has been arrested for his suspected involvement in at least 19 cases of vandalism at various HDB blocks in the Teck Whye vicinity.
On the morning of Aug. 12, officers from the Jurong Police Division responded to a case of HDB walls and pillars at Teck Whye being defaced with marker ink.
