After the Singapore Tourism Board's Filipino-targeted TVC and an internal Young PAP video got called out for being lame and not much else, another video, meant to be a simple call to curb gambling, has joined the fold.
In fact, a mere day after the ad by the National Council of Problem Gambling became the centre of attention, right after Germany 'killed' host nation Brazil 7 - 1 in the semi-final, the sh*t went international — on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, to be precise.
The beloved American host and actor had screened the commercial in the studio, mocking parts of the script like how an eight-year-old boy could have a significant amount of "life savings" to gamble away, and produced a spoof that finished with "Keep the habit. Gamble."
