Epicurean Market at Marina Bay Sands back in SeptemberPhoto: Chef Nancy Silverton of Mozza at Epicurean Market 2013 Marina Bay Sands' (MBS) celebrity-studded food and wine fair is back, this time in the midst of the F1 Grand Prix flurry.  Happening Sep. 12-14 at Basement 2 and Halls D and E of the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, the Epicurean Market will this year boast a garden picnic theme, housing over 50 restaurants and wineries from around the world.  Participating in an array of demonstrations, masterclasses, wine tastings and workshops are MBS' own star chefs: Nancy Silverton of Osteria & Pizzeria Mozza, David Thompson of Long Chim, Sky on 57's Justin Quek (pictured below) and Tetsuya Wakuda of the multi award-winning Waku Ghin.  Mozza's executive and pastry chefs David Almany, Karla Mendoza and Ariana Flores, complete the lineup with other kitchen extraordinaires Christopher Christie (MBS), Joshua Brown (Cut by Wolfgang Puck), as well as db Bistro Moderne's Jonathan Kinsella and Benjamin Siwek. Unlike last year, Chef Daniel Boulud won't be making an appearance. More information, including the complete event itinerary, will come through soon, but everything you've read so far, plus affordably priced samplings of the establishments' signature food and drink, can be accessed at the Market at $23, and that's a three-day pass.  Like that wasn't enough, your pass also comes with a door gift: a pair of Schott Ziesel wine glasses.  Tickets go on sale from Jul. 7.
