Singapore super club Zouk may have to move out of its current iconic Jiak Kim Street location when its lease completes end this year.
Speaking to the TODAY newspaper, analysts say the site, which is a stone's throw away from Orchard Road and is close to many key establishments, is very much in demand by property developers.
Zouk's lease should have ended in 2012, but it was extended several times, making it a total of 23 years since Zouk occupied the spot.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority, Singapore Land Authority and Singapore Tourism Board say they're working with Zouk to identify alternative locations.
