COCONUTS HOT SPOT — Premium dishes of the European persuasion at affordable prices? Sign us up. Promising an eclectic haven of modern European cuisine and epicurean offerings from around the world, PORTA Fine Food & Import Company has opened its doors at Park Hotel Clarke Quay. 

As an advocate of quality food at reasonable prices, 31-year-old Indonesian executive chef Michael Suyanto launched PORTA with the aim to establish his restaurant as the go-to place for a gourmet experience that's easy on the wallet. The 12-year culinary veteran plans to provide a regularly updated menu that will provide patrons with seasonal flavours and fresh experiences through premium ingredients.
