Quite a storm we're having this gloomy Monday (well, more than usual) eh? The weather forecasters at Meteorological Service Singapore meant business last week when they said that we were up for a very stormy end-January — and the proof is in the puddle that got our socks drenched this rainy morning.
Puddles, however, seem to be an understatement. The rainstorm — which had started from last night — has already caused at least two flash floods in the city, while various other parts of the country are at high risk of flooding.
