
For the many of us who've worked in the service industry at some point of time in our lives, we've all learnt one universal truth — the customer is not always right. In fact, they can be sibei jia lat, sibei terok.
Thus the creation of damnTerok.com, a site where folks can confess their most ridiculous (but sadly true — or so they claim) experiences with serving/servicing/attending to customers and clients. While some of the stories sent in can be hilarious, or dark, or even downright awful, one recent anecdote stands out as a combination of all three.
