New to the basement of Plaza Singapura is a cosy little Korean diner that's modelled after the shape of a train. Patbingsoo Korean Dining House, a 52-seater that's minimalistic in design but extensive in menu, offers sweet and savoury dishes, from snacks to desserts.
Some of the popular menu items include the seafood sundubu pasta with squid and tofu, and the rolling cheese pork ribs served in an iron-cast pan, with melted mozzarella and cheddar underneath the meat and fries, as well as sides like sweet corn and pineapple. Snacks-wise, you've got addictive choices like fried spam covered in gochujang and mayo with a side of Korean rice balls, or crispy fried samyeobsal (pork belly) with honey mustard dip.
