
A new millennial threat has apparently emerged! The trend that's killing social mores and morality, according to one party pooper, is that of tattoos among young Singaporeans.
Blind to the fact that tattoos are no longer considered a taboo anymore, Joe Teo Kok Seah wagged his metaphorical fingers in his published letter on The Straits Times' Forum, warning against the menace that is tattoos on adolescents.
Stating that society associates tattoos with "triads, gangsters and shady characters," he expresses his frustrations with how youngsters aren't heeding the advice against permanently "scarring" their bodies with designs and text.
