
Ippoh, Osaka's oldest tempura specialist, has just arrived in Singapore. Its new casual dining concept, Ippoh Tempura Bar by Ginza Ippoh, takes over 1,200 sq ft at its 18-seater COMO Dempsey space. That includes a 12-seat tempura bar where you can settle in and watch the tempura action unfold right in front of you.

Chef Masaru Seki, a fifth generation member of the restaurant's founding family, will bring Ippoh's light and crispy Osaka-style tempura to our shores from his Tokyo Ginza eatery. Made with fresh and premium ingredients, each tempura piece is individually fried in safflower oil for maximum flavour.
