A lady driver was turning into a street when she honked at a male pedestrian crossing the road with his eyes fixated on his phone. She claimed her first honk was 'friendly' because there was a bus behind her, and her second one was 'short and not meant to be offensive' — she supposedly did it because she had to jam brake to avoid hitting him.
But instead of continuing to walk on by, the man stopped in the middle of the road, and a shouting fest ensued. He whipped out his phone — presumably to snap a photo of her vehicle's license plate — then turned around and pulled up his shorts to expose his butt cheeks.
