"Prisoners who come out of prison are the most difficult group of people to reintegrate back into society because nobody wants to trust them, nobody wants to employ them, nobody wants to help them."
That's how the video of Anil David's story starts out.
He served time in prison — leaving behind a wife and two young daughters — and was given an opportunity to take up the job of a call centre agent. From there, he worked his way up to become the call centre manager, pushing on to maintain the trust of the people in his work environment.
Anil speaks of his time in the call centre as one that really shapes a person and builds perseverance and patience. It was this positive impact that made him believe he should start his own call centre to hire inmates and fellow ex-offenders.
