Sawadee krup!
The Travelling C.O.W (Chef on Wheels) has teamed up with Nara Thai to bring you signature dishes from the Thai restaurant, in celebration of the latter's second outlet that just opened at Westgate Mall.
Diners can choose from two appetizers (starts at $4 per order), gai tord kapi (deep fried chicken in traditional thai shrimp paste) or gai hor bai toei (pandan chicken) and two main courses, pad kra pao gai (basil chicken) and phu nim phad pong karee (soft shell crab with yellow curry), which come with a serving of steamed rice.
The dishes are served in a Nara C.O.W Pinto, a Thai tiffin carrier which allows the packing of several different food items.
Those who wish to opt for something unconventional can try the special Nara-inspired seafood burger by The Travelling C.O.W, filled with a succulent prawn patty and Thai mango salad.
