Early this morning, police were alerted to a case at Fajar Road in Bukit Panjang where they found a horrible scene: A mother and her baby daughter lying motionless at the foot of a HDB block.
The 29-year-old woman and the three-month-old baby was pronounced dead at the scene at Block 443B Fajar Road. A neighbour speaking to The New Paper reported hearing a loud sound in the morning.
Police are conducting investigations in the case that's been classified as an unnatural death.
