Wrecking total chaos and severe damage along Bras Basah Road early yesterday morning, the driver of the Audi sports car that ploughed through the pavement has since been arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
Taking down three lamp posts with it during the crash in front of the Cathedral of Good Shepherd, it's pretty fortunate that the driver wasn't seriously injured. The 31-year-old suffered injuries on his left hand and was conveyed conscious to Singapore General Hospital after the accident. Police investigations are ongoing.
