You know, standard stuff like "Don't be an idiot", "Bring a portable charger", "Please bring wipes" and "apple sunblock". Also, there's one entry about "Mean Boys", where he tells potential enlistees not to worry about bullies because, in his own words, "YOU PROBABLY WON'T SEE THEM EVER AGAIN".
