Over the past month, residents at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) dorms have reported an unknown masked man stalking the grounds and attempting to enter multiple rooms on at least three occasions.
It's recently been revealed that a 31-year-old man was arrested last Friday (Nov 18) for allegedly molesting a female student at NTU's Hall of Residence 1, reports The Nanyang Chronicle — but it's unclear if the suspect is the same masked man. According to the police, the man has since been charged with outrage of modesty a day after his arrest. The man is not an NTU student.
