Ever since launching their multi-year, multi-programme rail renewal works on the North-South Line and the East-West Line, they've had difficulties explaining to commuters how exactly they'll benefit from it all. Terminologies such as 'sleeper replacements', 'signalling systems', 'third rails' and other engineering concepts fly way above everyday people's heads — so it's pretty cool that they prepared a cutesy animated explainer.
