The dude had dressed up as a killer clown and tried his hand at scaring unwary members of the public, but his pranks fell flat, with most people simply expressing very mild bewilderment.
In a new video uploaded in the wake of all the revulsion, young Wong looks like he went through the wringer. Seeming highly distressed and bummed out, he made a heartfelt apology to all who were offended by his antics, and admitted the wrongs that he did.
