There's never a dull moment with Singapore Airlines. Last year, to celebrate SG50, the airline introduced 'Singapore Heritage Cuisine' for three months, serving up Peranakan dishes to passengers. This April, its array of wholesome meals prepared with whole grains and fresh veggies targeted the #eatclean crowd.

Now, SIA has launched another special menu, this time made out of Teochew dishes. Available for four months on selected flights departing from Singapore, the cuisine will be offered to all cabin classes.

First Class and Suites passengers can get cold crab, pig trotter jelly, steamed pomfret and yam paste, while Business Class will be served Teochew porridge with braised duck and salted egg, bak chor mee and fried png kueh (glutinous rice cake).
