The Club hotel's new Disgruntled Brasserie goes the casual route with all-day dining

Sister outlet of The Disgruntled Chef, The Disgruntled Brasserie makes its debut at The Club, just in time to celebrate the hotel's first anniversary. A casual version of its predecessor — with a revamped photo wall featuring images of local hawkers — the mod-European brasserie will feed you over breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner.

The no-frills all-day menu is packed with hearty dishes such as baked miso cod with mushy peas and waffle potato chips ($38), foie gras beef burger with ricotta and caramelised onions ($28), curried blue mussels with fried bread ($24) and snow crab angel hair pasta ($29).
