The great evil clown panic in the United States has been debunked as viral hoax, but that hasn't stopped copycats in other countries from riding on the bandwagon. Or the creepy clown car, if you will.
Singaporean vlogger Joel Wong is one of them. Wanting to take part in the Halloween spirit by emulating the dozens of Killer Clown pranks floating around YouTube, Wong decided it'd be funny to scare people by wearing a bloodied-up clown costume. He published the prank video yesterday, despite the police telling him not to upload anything (and despite his pranks being not very effective at all).
