For every 'snack run' during tea breaks at work, all our cash usually goes to a cup of kopi peng, maybe a curry puff (or two), and a box of salted egg yolk croissants/cheese tarts/galaxy cakes (whatever the latest fad is). Some of us don’t even need to head out in search of food — we carry bags of munchies wherever we go (you know who you are).

Unfortunately, like it or not, these snacks are often... not the healthiest. They tend to come packed with sugar and a gazillion preservatives that do nothing good to your body (besides expand your waistline, of course).
