Popular Bangkok tourist attraction Greyhound Cafe is coming to Singapore at the end of next month. Opening up shop at Paragon, the restaurant chain will replace Cedele on the first level and bring in its modernised Thai and Western dishes.
Expect a space as quirky and chic as its 11 outlets in Bangkok (or the other 11 around the region), with about 150 menu items featured in the 100-seater. Signatures include the Greyhound Famous Fried Chicken Wings marinated in fish sauce, Complicated Noodles of minced pork in noodle sheets, and stir-fried spaghetti with lettuce and Thai anchovies. On the sweet side, there's the coconut crepe cake and Thai milk tea granita, among others. Of course, there'll also be new dishes such as spicy seafood soup and Thai green curry.
