The new kid on the Plaza Singapura block is Husk, an all-natural froco (frozen coconut) store that loves all things coco. Only young Thai coconuts (which are apparently the best) are used to make frozen smoothies and parfaits, and everything claims to be low in calories, sugar and saturated fat.
Basically, the parfaits ($3.80-$6.50) are like a cross between coconut ice cream and frozen yogurt, only way more guilt-free. Even the toppings ($0.80 each) are pretty healthy — you get to choose from fruits like mango, banana, pineapple and jackfruit, or homemade muesli and granola. Of course, there's also chocolate, should you feel a tad bit indulgent.
