More medals incoming for national swimmers Joseph Schooling and Theresa Goh, who'll be awarded National Day Awards for their amazing feats at the recent games in Rio.
Schooling — who scored Singapore's first Olympic gold — will be receiving the Pingat Jasa Gemilang (Meritorious Service Medal). Goh will be getting her second National Day award in the form of the Bintang Bakti Masyarakat (Public Service Star) for winning the bronze medal in the Paralympic Games. The veteran Paralympian was previously awarded the same award in 2008 for her outstanding performances in various para championships in 2006 and 2007.
