
It's a prawn party at Hotel Jen Orchardgateway, where the spotlight shines on four types of prawns — Norwegian scampi, Vietnamese yabbies, Thai White prawns and Indian River prawns. Taste the different textures and flavours of these sea creatures as they're prepared in various ways, such as simmered in lightly alcoholic broth, stir-fried, steamed, baked and coated in fried batter. Then dip 'em into any of the five sauces: Salted egg yolk, black pepper, sweet and sour, prawn bisque and Thai chilli.
All this prawn action is in addition to the regular hotel buffet spread, and you can expect influences across numerous cuisines, including Cantonese, Spanish, Portuguese and Singaporean.
