Our very own Nathan Hartono is killin' it at TV singing contest Sing! China. At last Friday's semi-finals, the 25-year-old crooned his way into everyone's hearts — teenyboppers and aunties alike — with a mash-up of 'Desperado' by The Eagles and Mandarin tune 'Can't Forget' by Angus Tung.
Hartono the Milo lover ("If I win, I will rent a fleet of Milo vans and treat everybody to Milo peng") even got the highest score among the six semi-finalists and lots of love from the show's audience. Obviously, his ability to transition smoothly between English and Mandarin songs has been a great hit, as seen by his ever-growing fanbase.
