[field_image]Makansutra is gearing up to launch its second waterside food court — the first being the highly successful Gluttons Bay at the Esplanade — on Sentosa Island.
Founder KF Seetoh believes the Makansutra Seefood Seeshore situated right on Palawan Island will cater to the population's — both current and incoming — demand for comfortable, affordable food.
He's said to have acquired top hawkers to occupy the eatery, but is recruiting new generation street hawkers, whom he will back and guide, to join the movement. (Email Nicolette at contact@makansutra.com if you're interested.)
Other fun facts: Makansutra has donated to the Good Shepherd Church and saved their pews from the incinerator — you'll be sitting on these as you chow down on black pepper and chilli crab (also, new spot to bring our K-pop guests!).
