In some much needed good news amidst the local Zika outbreak, the National Environment Agency (NEA) has forecasted that hazy conditions will be a lot better today.
Visually, it's pretty apparent that the skies aren't so choked up by thick smogs right now. Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) levels remain at reasonable ranges as prevailing winds from the south and southeast blow away the haze.
