
Amateur chefs have come and gone after their Kilo Kallang restaurant takeover. Next up for the sixth in the restaurant's Under Pressure series is Clay Kuok, an art director from Macau who currently lives and works in Singapore.
Her first dish was made from following instructions on a jar of spaghetti sauce. "I was 12, I was hungry, and I was happy I never had to eat another tray of microwaved rubbish ever again," she said.
