Yep, this Saturday, Hotel Jen Orchardgateway plays host to what's touted as an 'organic-friendly' market featuring 20 local farmers and vendors. At its terrace on the tenth floor, you'll find booths filled with locally-grown veggies, fresh seafood, nutritious foods and lots more from names like The Seeds Master, Hearti Grub, Comcorp, Papa's Grove, Eden's Kitchen, Pollen Nation and Willing Hearts Kitchen Garden.
If you'd like to go the sustainable way, learn about urban farming from Debbie Han of Co-create Nature, who will be on hand to teach you the basics of how to grow produce in your own apartment. The course includes a growing kit, notes and light refreshments.
