Your life just got a whole lot easier with POSB's new Video Teller Machines (VTMs). The first of its kind, these VTMs offer the option of 'face-to-face' assistance from bank tellers via live-video streaming. Other services include balance enquiries, change of particulars, statement requests, and instant dispensement of Internet banking security tokens and debit cards. But best of all, this means you won't have to get in line at your nearest branch and wait for hours on end anymore.
Unfortunately, since this concept is still in its pilot stage, there's only one right now. It's at the POSB ITE College Central branch on 2 Ang Mo Kio Drive, and is accessible from 10am to 2pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays, with selected functions.
