
Inspired by Asian flavours from around the region, The Manhattan FISH MARKET has created a limited edition menu of four flaming platters done in the restaurant's signature style.
First up is the Super Shiok Flaming Platter ($38.95), which makes its debut this month, just in time for National Day. Order it to share and dig into grilled Tiger prawns dipped in creamy salted egg yolk, Leatherjacket fish smeared with sambal sauce, crispy prawn paste chicken and a soft shell crab twist on chilli crab.
