Known for its rice, sake and fresh produce like veggies and fruits, Japan's Niigata City is also home to a rich selection of seafood. All this will be coming to a restaurant near you — Lewin Terrace, to be exact — for two weeks in the form of special dishes. The four-course set menu features ingredients like horse mackerel, Niigata rice, amadai (tilefish) and Japanese peach — all hand-picked by executive chef Keisuke Matsumoto himself. They're also available as à la carte options, should you wish to try selected items.
Lunch: 11.30am-2.30pm, dinner: 6.30pm-11pm.
