Unfortunately, it's a reality all too real for a resident at Block 247 along Tampines Street 21, who has put up with vicious taunts and other harassment methods by a neighbour. In fact, 61-year-old widow Marliah Jonet has been suffering the abuse since April 2010, Yahoo Singapore reports.
