With its narrow roads, Holland Village is not a conducive spot for heavy vehicles to pass through. But alas, there's no choice in the matter for deliverymen given the amount of eateries, watering holes and other shops catering to expats and yuppies.
Compounding the matter for those involved in the logistics industry, suppliers in the area are only afforded a single loading bay at Lorong Mambong. Deliverymen are forced to park at other spots to do their jobs (they run a tight schedule, mind you), and things are aggravated by a relentless summons officer. Muhd Fazuwan is all too familiar with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) officer — and presumably fed up with the pile of fines he received — so he confronted her recently.
