
For its third anniversary, Izy Dining & Bar is shining the spotlight on the epicurean experience with a Bluefin maguro show. The seven-course omakase paired with cocktails and sake is limited to 80 seats (for $250++/person) and a few front row bar seats (for $275++/person). But no worries, there'll be two available seatings: 6pm and 8.30pm, so you'll get your chance to see a demonstration on how to fillet a 60kg Bluefin tuna.
