Months after folks moved on from the saga of Rui En vs The World, the case has emerged once again — and this time it'll play out in court.
The Mediacorp TV actress garnered some heat and infamy earlier in April when she was seen knocking down a stationary motorbike at a carpark in Clementi and seemingly tried to drive away. Her alleged escape was thwarted by the motorbike owner himself, who chased after the black BMW and knocked on its doors.
