If you've been counting down the days since Savour to the next food festival, you're almost there. From Aug 12 to 14, the Epicurean Market by Marina Bay Sands returns to the Sands Expo and Convention Centre (Halls A, B and C) for its fourth edition.
The most exciting part? You'll get a glimpse of the award-winning Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, which will make its debut at the market before opening at MBS in 2017. Look out for comforting Southern food like crispy fried chicken with waffles at its booth within the Celebrity Chef restaurant arena. Plus, North and The Golden Peacock from the Venetian Macao will make a one-time appearance at the festival, the former dishing out traditional items from the Dongbei and Sichuan regions of China, and the latter offering signature Indian plates from its one Michelin-starred menu.
