
The first pop-up event by Smoke & Mirrors is a collaboration with Mitzo Restaurant & Bar and Hendrick's Gin. At this four-hour cocktail brunch affair ($92++/person), you'll be treated to bottomless glasses of prosecco, white and red wine, and draught beers. Special concoctions come in the form of King Anuman, a blend of gin, basil and lemongrass vermouth, peppermint tea and prosecco, as well as Raise Your Pinkie, a mix of gin, beetroot tea, campari and borage syrup.
To pad your stomach before the drinks, tuck in to the dim sum platter with items like barbecued pork and fried soft shell crab with curry floss. At the free-flow live station, there's Peking duck wrapped in homemade crepes, and other dishes include braised vermicelli with crabmeat.
