The woman accused of trespassing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) compound on Jan. 20 will be represented by a lawyer arranged by the Malaysian High Commission.
Malaysian teacher Nurul Rohana was moved to Changi Women’s Prison from the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) last week, where a psychiatric evaluation found her to be of unsound mind and therefore unfit to make a plea in the court.
She will be represented by lawyer Abraham Vergis pro bono through the criminal legal aid scheme.
