The Cambodian government recently issued an official video that warns its citizens against raising unrest and ruin — by somehow misusing civil rights.
Titled "Using The Rights In An Anarchic Way", the Cambodian Human Rights Committee seeks to crack down on dissent by human rights groups (ironic) by showcasing how Syria and Libya used to be thriving metropolises before the Arab Spring.
